We charge no letting fees for rentals, but we do require applicants to provide their up to date credit reference file as part of an application.
All applicants are required to have good credit history, good references, and a guarantor.
Each property is let for an initial period of 6 months. All subsequent tenancies are for a minimum of 12 months.
